Florenc QOSJA

Florenc Qosja has completed his studies in German Language and Literature at the University of Tirana. After completing postgraduate studies in European Integration at the University of Danube in Austria and receiving the M.E.S. (Master of Advanced Studies – European Integration), he attended postgraduate studies at the University of St. Gallen, in Switzerland, receiving the M.B.L. (Executive Master of European and International Business Law).

From 2001 to 2022, Mr. Qosja worked in the development cooperation of Austria and then Germany, assisting and supporting the central administration, local government, civil society organizations and business in Albania. He is an experienced professional in technical assistance in the field of regional development, vocational education and training, migration for development, etc., enabled by a comprehensive combination of training and professional experience.

Recently, Mr. Qosja has worked for about 2 years as a project manager and head of mission of several European Games, at the Albanian National Olympic Committee (KOKSH), and is engaged as a part-time lecturer at the Department of German Language, Faculty of Languages ​​of Foreign.

In July 2023 Mr. Qosja became part of the Cabinet of the Minister of Interior of the Republic of Albania.
