Scope of responsibility and Regulation

The mission of the Ministry of the Interior is to design, implement and analyze strategies and policies of internal affairs, in accordance with the political program of the Government. The Ministry is the organizational and professional apparatus that serves the public interest impartially, implementing the legislation in force, performing public services and drafting and implementing general state policies in the field of internal affairs. The Ministry exercises its activity according to the field of state responsibility determined by the decision of the Council of Ministers, in accordance with the relevant legislation in force.
